LinC Eltham has served the residents of Nillumbik and Banyule for 21 years in a variety of ways.
St Margaret’s supports the work of LinC Eltham by providing free accommodation to the LinC Referral Centre in Dendy House, donations and volunteer involvement.
LinC volunteers provide transport to clients attending medical appointments, dentists and hospitals as well as attendance at social events.
A dedicated team give comfort and refreshment to mothers and babies attending immunisation clinics.
Food and gifts from parishioners of member churches are made up into 25 large Christmas hampers by volunteers and delivered to local needy families as directed by Nillumbik Community Services.
An enthusiastic group of St Margaret’s parishioners deliver the hampers to local families in Nillumbik and Banyule.
